The Association of Aquatic Professionals has partnered up to support its Aquatic Professional designation (AqP).

The Starfish Center for Aquatic Safety Research, Education and Leadership will deliver AqP through its Splash-EDU educational platform.

AOAP representatives will continue to oversee the development and expansion of the designation. It is given to professionals who, through documentation provided in the application process, demonstrate a combination of education, experience and certification.

AOAP rolled out the AqP designation in 2016.

Splash-EDU will also provide books, online courses, video and virtual courses, in-person training, certification, membership subscriptions and e-commerce opportunities for AOAP members.
