Jeff Coy is president of JLC Consulting, a research and consulting firm based in Cave Creek, Ariz. Kalahari Waterpark Resort & Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells, Wis., offers an exotic safari experience for meeting attendees and vacationing families alike. The authentically African-themed resort offers one of the largest meeting facilities in the state of Wisconsin with 100,000 square feet. Meeting services include team-building services, audiovisual capabilities, Wi-Fi, on-site catering and four restaurants. For children and families, the highlight is the 125,000-square-foot indoor waterpark. There’s also Zambezi Outdoor Waterpark, an indoor theme park, Trappers Turn Golf Club, a spa and an arcade.
